How to tell us
Email corrections@oncancel.com with the company, which fact is wrong, and what the correct value is. A link to the source helps enormously — we will not change a published fact on instruction alone, because a correction we cannot verify is just a different unverified claim.
A person reads every one. We will tell you what we changed, and if we disagree we will tell you that too, along with the source we are relying on.
What we do when we are wrong
- Fix the page, and re-verify the fact against its primary source rather than trusting the report
- Log the change below, with the date and what was wrong
- Note it on the company's page, so a reader sees it in context
- Re-check the deep link, since a broken quote link usually means the source itself changed
We do not quietly edit. A site that publicly logs its own errors is worth more than one that looks flawless, and every number here is meant to be checkable by someone who does not trust us.
If you are a company on this index
If we have described your cancellation flow wrongly, tell us and we will correct it. If your flow has genuinely improved, send us the link and we will re-score you — the score is a measurement of what we can observe today, not a verdict.
We describe what we observed against the plain text of published statutes and your own documentation. We do not assert that any company has broken the law; only a court decides that.
